The Preston & Western Lancashire Racial Equality Council offers a range of FREE services to ALL members of the community.

 

 

The Preston & Western Lancashire Racial Equality Council is supported by the newly formed Equality & Human Rights Commission, along with additional funding from the Big Lottery.

Preston & Western Lancashire Racial Equality Council was established to support the community in the following districts in Lancashire; Preston, Chorley, South Ribble, Fylde, Wyre, Blackpool and Lancaster. 

 

Since 2005, the Racial Equality Council also supports victims of discrimination in East Lancashire, Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley and Pendle, Hyndburn and Rossendale and the Ribble Valley.
